Deshani Ganegoda

Associate Professor  of Management
Melbourne Business School - University of Melbourne

After completing her PhD in Organizational Behavior, Deshani joined the faculty of Australian National University’s Research School of Management. She was a visiting scholar at the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton Business School and the School of Arts and Sciences in 2015.
Deshani’s research centers on the general topics of behavioral ethics, organizational justice, positive empathy, and workplace deviance & her work has been published in numerous distinguished journals. She has presented over 30 refereed conference papers and published five non-refereed book chapters. Her research has also been featured in the Australian Financial Review.
