Program Outline

To empower and equip women in technology with the leadership mindset, skills, and networks needed to confidently lead, influence, and innovate in their organizations and industries driving inclusive, sustainable growth in the digital era.

Target Group and Programme Characteristics

The programme is dedicated to recognizing and supporting a cohort of women with potential to transition into roles that suit their skills and career goals, motivating them to continuously perform and pursue uncharted territory. This programme will feature a customized curriculum/leadership toolkit specifically for females in leadership (Senior Management) and above, aspiring to take up future leadership positions (C-Suite/CEO/Board Level).

Participant Requirements:

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in the corporate sector.
  • Senior Manager level and above.
  • Involved in an additional project or created impact in the industry.
  • Contributed towards industry events or community initiatives.
  • Professional qualification such as an academic bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • IT/BPM Industry professionals or IT professionals from other industries.

    Participants can apply individually or be nominated by their organizations, with final selection through an exclusive panel interview.

Arj Wignaraja

Alchemist for Growth, GOOD LIFE X

Arj Wignaraja is a Partner and Growth Alchemist at advisory firm Good Life X, and co-author of the THRIVE Canvas for regenerative enterprises. Formerly a Vice President at Cerberus Capital Management, he brings over two decades of experience in strategy consulting (BCG, Stax), investments (Cerberus, Lankan Angel Network), and leadership development. Arj serves on several boards, including Nations Trust Bank and Asia Securities. He holds an MBA from Kellogg and a BA in Economics from Princeton. He is passionate about helping leaders articulate purpose and drive transformative growth. In his spare time he also pursues his other passion for theater.

Sashi Dharmadasa lead the Global technical support and client services teams stationed in Sri Lanka, India, South Africa and Malaysia providing deployment and delivery including Client Success, annual maintenance and Technical Support to global clients including central banks, major banks, telcos and MNCs. She increased the upselling and cross selling numbers over 50% year on year since joining and have done a 60% increase in AMC to Subscriptions moves and resultant revenue growth. This exponential increase is mainly in Malaysia in the year 2024 and India ongoing in the year 2025.
Sashi is also an ISO 27001:2022 Lead Auditor and provide the CISO services for the company as well.

Udara Cumaratunga

Udara Cumaratunga is the General Manager, Commercial & Marketing at South Asia Gateway Terminal (SAGT) in the Port of Colombo, Sri Lanka. She commenced her career as a management trainee with John Keells Holdings. Subsequently, taking on responsibilities as Assistant Manager at John Keells Properties for Events and Promotions. In the later role she was entrusted with the responsibilities of managing a 360-marketing strategy for the flagship project Cinnamon Life and several other projects. She was a member of the John Keells Digitization Committee, responsible for introducing and promoting group wide digital initiatives. In addition, she was a part of the Group’s CSR volunteer team, contributing to initiatives focused on community outreach, education etc.
