Ayanthi Philip is a certified Co-Active and ICF Leadership Coach with over 500 coaching hours. Since 2013, she has led more than 2,000 Communication and Leadership workshops for 40,000+ participants across Asia and Africa. Her coaching draws on global experience from studying and working in countries including the UK, Indonesia, Singapore, USA, and Sri Lanka. With a background in apparel, Ayanthi began as a fabric technologist and played key roles in process implementation and business management at MAS Holdings and Marks & Spencer.
