She has held senior leadership roles in Human Resources, Inclusive Diversity, talent development, and workplace culture transformation, and currently serves as President of Diversity Collective Lanka. Her extensive corporate and consulting experience in employee engagement, wellbeing, inclusion, and leadership development brings strong practical insight and credibility to training on respectful and inclusive workplaces.
