Shehan has over 18 years of experience in Digital Marketing and was involved in the movement of Digital Marketing in Sri Lanka from the early days. Currently an entrepreneur running over 10+ businesses all in the field of Marketing and Innovation. He has worked in many organisations including Brandix, SriLankan Airlines, DIMO, NationsTrust Bank, 
NDB, ANZ Grindlays, Bartleet, HelloCorp. He possesses a MSc in Business Management, Chartered Marketer CIM and BSc in Business Management. He has won over 50+ awards both in a personal capacity and for business for the work done in the marketing space.

Wasaam Ismail
CEO - Loops

Wasaam has over 16 years of experience that comprises Business Strategy, Marketing and Management. He has worked with clients in multiple industries including but not limited to Finance, FMCG, Retail, Telecom & Hospitality. He holds a Professional Postgraduate Diploma in Marketing from the Chartered Institute of Marketing (UK), where he also holds a Sri Lanka Prize for Marketing Planning. He also has a Master's in Business Administration (AUS). Apart from his daily involvement in managing operations as CEO of Loops he is also a Senior Lecturer for the Sri Lanka Institute of Marketing, a Corporate Trainer, Dramatist, and Voicing Artist

Anoj Wijeratne
Head of Digital Marketing - Loops

Anoj has 7 years of experience in Digital Marketing and 3 years in the IT industry. He has worked with multiple brands such as Seylan Bank, Nations Trust Bank, Elephant House Beverages, Pepsi, 7up, British Council, Brandix, and Sri Lankan Airlines to enhance their Digital Marketing, Communications & Customer Experience journeys.
He holds an MBA from the University of West Scotland (UK), a
Certificate in Professional Marketing (UK), and is also certified
in Google Ads & Programmatic Ads. He has won multiple awards for work done in the financial and retail sector.

Mohammed Gazzaly
Head of Digital Marketing - Dialog Axiata Group

Gazzaly is a national award-winning digital marketing expert with over a decade of experience. He has worked with more than 50 international and local brands. Gazzaly is also a visiting lecturer at the Sri Lanka Institute of Marketing. He’s been instrumental in upskilling and training countless students and marketers on digital marketing and how to translate their marketing messages across multiple digital platforms and online communities.

Tilan Wijeyesekera
Director / Investor / Strategy and Brand Consultant - Loops

With 23 years of experience, Tilan has worked in multiple sectors including FMCG, Manufacturing, Conglomerate, F&B, Banking, and Insurance. His core competencies include Versatile Leadership, General Management, Strategic Planning, Marketing, Branding, Sales Management, organisational Restructure, Value Chain Management, Digital Services, and Technology Solutions Strategy.
He was the President of the Sri Lanka Institute of Marketing in 2012/13 that led the team to win its only gold award at the Business Excellence Awards by the National Chamber of Commerce.
Tilan was named as one of the top 100 Future Business Leaders and disruptors in the Establishment 100 by Echelon magazine in 2019. He was also named in the top 40 under 40 business professionals in Sri Lanka by Echelon Magazine in 2012/13 and 2013/14.
